Cause:
Sink / basin too small
Cuts and Holes
Cause:
Stacking endoscopes
Reprocessing with sharp objects
Vigorous cleaning of distal tip
Poor packaging of endoscope in transport case
What you can do:
Adequate sized sinks / basins no stacking
Don’t transport, reprocess or store accessories with endoscopes
Carefully clean and handle bending section distal tip
Careful correct placement of endoscope in transport case
Air / Water Channel
Clogging
Cause:
Not using fresh detergent solution each time
Deletion of channel cleaning adapters
Deletion of A / W nozzle brushing
