Chapter 5 Menu operations and functions
CONNECTION USB
CONNECTION
Switches USB function between host and
device.
MEM/KYBD : USB memory and keyboards
can be used.
PC : Use while connected to a
computer.
Restart the base unit after this setting.
Contact Olympus for details about using the
[PC] setting.

SET UP COLOR Sets the color of the display other than the
menu display
Select “ABC (with shadow)”, and four colors;
“WHITE”, “GREEN”, “MAGENTA” or “BLACK”.

AUDIO VOL Sets the volume of the audio and beeps output
level by the built-in speaker from “OFF”,
“LOW”, “MEDIUM” or “HIGH”. Audio and
beeps are not output when it is set to “OFF”.
NOTE
• Alarm volume is permanently set to “HIGH”.

STEREO AD
LIST
Displays a list of the adapter names and
number for the stereo optical adapters
registered with the base unit. You can also
delete unnecessary stereo optical adapters
from here. Up to eight stereo optical adapters
can be registered. Delete unnecessary stereo
optical adapters to register new ones.

COLOR BAR Displays or hides the color bar.
OFF: The color bar is not displayed.
ON : The color bar is displayed.
NOTE
• The [FRZ/REC] button is disabled when the
color bar is displayed.

DATE/TIME Set the date and time.
