Changing the name of folders
You can change the name of folders.
NOTE
• You can input up to 30 single-byte characters.
• You can input alphabet, Western European letters (with umlauts and other diacritic marks),
numbers, and symbols (except for /:*?"\<>|).
1 Display the thumbnail screen and then select a folder.
2 Press the [MENU/EXIT] button to display the menu.
3 Select “FOLDER”.
4 Tilt the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick left or right to select “RENAME”
and press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
The folder name input window appears.
5 Edit folder name.
Editing is done the same way as inputting titles. For more information on
operations, see “Title input operations” (page 100).
6 After editing the folder name, select “OK” and press the [MEAS/
ENTER] joystick.
The folder name input window closes and the name of the folder in the thumbnail
screen changes.
