Measurement types Stereo measurement:

Measurement
modes
Distance Distance between two points indicated on the
screen.
Area/Lines Total length of lines connecting multiple points
(max. 20 points) indicated on the screen.
Area of a closed figure formed by indicating
multiple points.

Point to line Distance from a point to a line (reference line)
that is defined by indicating two points on the
screen.
(Stereo measurement only)
Depth Distance from a point to a plane that is defined
by indicating three points on the screen.
(Stereo measurement only)
Offset A straight line (reference line) is defined by
specifying two points on the screen, and while
the distance from a third specified point to the
straight line is calculated, the line parallel to the
offset line is displayed.
(Stereo measurement only)
Multi This type of measurement automatically detects
and displays the material loss region between
two specified points, and measurements the
width, depth and area.
(Stereo measurement only)
Profile This mode allows for displaying the surface
profile obtained by sectioning the target object
with a plane defined by the line connecting two
specified points and the optical center axis on
the left screen.
(Stereo measurement only)
Displaying the measurement results Normally, displays measurement results for
the measurement point indicated by the
cursor.
Up to 3 measurement results can be
displayed.

offset, and depth only)
