CAUTION
• Do not adjust the angle when the hook assembly is protruding 150 mm or more from the tip of
the scope. There is a risk of damage to the scope.
5 Attach the safety cap to the proximal end of the hook assembly.
WARNING
• Always be sure to attach the safety cap to the proximal end of the hook assembly before
operating the scope. This protects the operator’s eye from injury.
