An orange line is displayed at the position of 500 mm from the distal
end of the insertion tube.
White lines are displayed at every 1000 mm from the distal end of the
insertion tube. The number of white lines is increased at every 1000mm
(1 line at 1000 mm, 2lines at 2000 mm).
One white thick line is displayed at the position of 5000 mm from the
distal end of the insertion tube. Beyond 5000 mm, the white line is
added to the white thick line at every 1000 mm.
