When the stereo optical adapter is attached to the instrument, the stereo optical
adapter is recognized automatically and the optical adapter confirmation dialog
appears.
Check that Serial No. of the stereo optical adapter attached is consistent with
Serial No. of the scope unit, and tap <YES>. If the stereo optical adapter is not
recognized automatically, you can use the <STEREO ADAPTER SELECT> menu to
recognize the stereo optical adapter manually. (See page 65)
The measurement accuracy may be degraded by loose attachment of the stereo optical
adapter or dirt on the lens components. Use the check tool to check the measurement values
before and after measurement.
Insert the distal end of the insertion tube into the stereo optical adapter hole of the
check tool until it touches the end.
