Why does my Omron EVOLV BP7000 show a connection failure and not transmit data?

If your Omron Blood Pressure Monitor displays a connection failure and data isn't being transmitted, ensure the monitor is within 16 ft (5 m) of your smart device. Also, verify that the Bluetooth feature is enabled on both your smart device and the monitor, and try sending the data again. If the devices didn't pair correctly, attempt the pairing process again. Check your smart device compatibility with the monitor. Finally, ensure the application on your smart device is ready and try sending the data again. If the error persists after checking the application, contact customer service.
