7-8 Operation Command
This service performs operation command processing.

(1) Command Codes and Related Information
Note When a command is executed for all of the outputs, but the processing could
not be performed on one or more outputs, the processing will still be per-
formed on the other outputs. In this case, a normal response will be returned,
so read the controller status to check whether or not the outputs were actually
connected/cut off.
