the
POWER
button
is
pressed,
the
power
it
turned
on
and
the
display
will
light
up.

favorite
source
from
the
Input
Selector.
The
indicator
corresponding
to
that
source
will
light
up.

speakers.
Please
choose
and
press
the
button
for
the
speakers
that
you
want
to
listen
to,
and
the
corresponding
indicator
will
light
up.
From
now
on
you
will
be
able
to
hear
from
the
speakers
any
sound
going
through
the
R-811RDS.
Start
the
selected
input
source
playing.
Follow
the
operating
instructions
for
that
unit
.
Adjust
the
level.
Turn
clockwise
or
press
the
UP
button
on
the
remote
control
to
increase
the
volume
level.
When
a
tuner,
compact
disc
player,
and
tape
deck
with
the
RI
mark
are
con-
nected
together,
you
can
use
the
direct
function
feature.
Just
by
directly
operating
the
desired
component
(tuner,
compact
disc
player,
or
tape
deck),
the
R-811RDS’s
Input
Selector
automatically
switches
to
that
component.
Therefore,
it
is
not
necessary
to
switch
the
R-811RDS’s
Input
Selector
when
changing
listening
sources.

Adjusting
the
balance
This
is
used
to
control
the
relative
vol-
ume
level
of
the
left
and
right
speaker
systems
or
headphones.
.
Adjusting
the
tone
Adjust
to
your
desired
tone.
SUPER
BASS:
Turn
right
to
boost
or
left
to
attenuate
super
bass.
BASS:
Turn
right
to
boost
or
left
to
attenuate
bass.
In
the
center
position,
the
bass
response
is
flat.
TREBLE:
Turn
right
to
boost
or
left
to
attenuate
treble.
In
the
center.
position,
the
treble
response
is
flat.
