DTMF Mode
Set default DTMF Mode for sending DTMF. Default:
rfc2833. Other options: 'info', SIP INFO message
(application/dtmf-relay); 'Inband', Inband audio (require 64kbit
codec -alaw, ulaw).

Party-ID
Whether or not to send the Remote-Party-ID header.
