Change the operation mode of the EDFA between the 4 modes : ACC, APC, AGC, OFF.
Example usage:

Change the operation of the EDFA module to off mode. In OFF mode, the
laser diode driving current are set to 0 mA, alarms are disabled, and TEC are
enabled.
