AM{cr} Reports the EDFA Mode.

EDFA operates in OFF mode. In OFF mode, the laser diode driving current
are set to 0 mA, alarms are disabled, and TEC are enabled.

EDFA operates in AGC mode.

EDFA operates in ACC mode.
APC{sp}[1,2]{sp}<value>{cr} Set the output power in APC mode for each stage.
Example usage:

Reply is:
APC{sp}1{sp}11{cr}
the output power for stage 1 in APC mode is set to 11 dBm.
APC{cr} Report the output power in APC mode for each stage.
