Dispatcher Activities
This screenshot shows the History page:
You can filter data using each column:
• In the Action time column, select any one of the listed times or select 'All' to include records without any time
restrictions.
• Use the check boxes in the Action and User columns to filter records based on the existing actions in the table.
• Use the Search field to filter data in the Changes column. All rows with matching text are displayed.
• Click the user name in the User column to see the Interface and User Agent. Interface is the Oracle Field Service
module from which you have updated the activity. User Agent provides the details of the browser from which
you have accessed Oracle Field Service.
Smaller devices (less than 480 px) do not have these filters.
Links Tab
Some activities depend on the timing of others that may be performed by different resources in a different location. For
example, before one resource can activate a telephone, another resource may have to flip a switch at a remote location.
The Links page shows the links on a GANTT-like chart and the links appear chronologically.
