waste management and recycling

recyclingordisposalinstructions.

forstartingthechainsawandcontrol
thechainsawwitharmgriponboth
handleswhenitisinoperation.
•Wearsafetyglassesandhearing
protection.Furtherprotective
equipmentforhead,hands,legs
andfeetisrecommended.Adequate
protectiveclothingwillreduce
personalinjurybyyingdebrisor
accidental contact with the saw chain.
•Avoidunintentionalcontactwiththe
stationary saw chain or guide bar rails.
Thesecanbeverysharp.Alwayswear
glovesandlongpantsorchapswhen
handling the chainsaw, saw chain, or
guide bar.
•Neveroperateachainsawthatis
damagedorimproperlyadjustedor
thatisnotcompletelyandsecurely
assembled. Be sure that the saw chain
stopsmovingwhenthetriggerswitch
is released.
•Inspecttheworkpiecefornails,wire,
orotherforeignobjectspriorto
cutting.
•Keephandlesdry,clean,andfreeofoil.
•Planthework,ensuringanobstacle-
freeworkareaand,inthecaseof
felling,atleastoneescapepathfrom
thefallingtree.
