5.2.7. Cable test
These driving mechanisms allow the operation
of going from earthing switch closed to switch-
disconnector open, even when the cable compartment
cover is open. Thus, the switch-disconnector cannot
be changed to the closed position until this cover has
been put back.
The cable test can only be carried out in cgmcosmos-l
feeder functions which include B/BM driving
mechanisms with this characteristic. Please check with
Ormazabal.
1. Follow the steps in section “5.2.6. Earthing operation
from isolating position”.
2. Open the bottom cover to access the cable
compartment.
3. Follow the steps in section “5.2.3. Opening operation
from the earthing position”.
4. Carry out the cable test.
5. To return to earthing position, follow the steps in
section “5.2.3. Opening operation from the earthing
position”.
6. Close the bottom cover to access the cable
compartment.
7. Follow the steps in section “5.2.6. Earthing operation
from isolating position”.
