4. Finalizing the Installation: Remove the liftgates top brace and column caps to install the 5/8-18 bolts that
will secure the top section of the column to the vehicle bracket. After installing the bolt, reinstall the
column caps back to the column using the same hardware. Torque 5/8 bolts to 204 ft/lbs.
