Optical image stabilizer
function
Optical image stabilizer can stabilize the image without decreasing the image quality as much.
Rotate the mode dial to select .
! This function’s default setting is [ON].
! Set the intelligent auto mode to [OFF] before turning the optical image stabilizer function to [OFF].
! In still picture recording mode, pressing the button halfway increases the effect of the image
stabilizer function. (MEGA optical image stabilizer)
! In the following cases, the image stabilizer function may not work effectively.
"When the digital zoom is used
"When the unit is shaken greatly
"When you record a moving subject while tracking it
"When the conversion lens is used
