3.1.3 Using CTI Applications
To use CTI applications with the KX-NS300, KX-NSF101 (CTI interface) is required. One KX-NSF101 supports
one CTI application. However, Communication Assistant (CA) Server does not require KX-NSF101.
In the example below, one KX-NSF101 is required for using one CTI application.

In the example below, an activation key is not required to use CA Server.

To use 2 or more CTI applications, the CSTA Multiplexer application is required, along with one KX-NSA020
(CSTA Multiplexer) for each CTI application. KX-NSF101 is included in KX-NSA020. Therefore, when
KX-NSA020 is installed, KX-NSF101 is not required.
In the example below, three KX-NSA020 are required for three CTI applications. (CA Server does not require
a KX-NSA020.)
