Proprietary Telephone Settings 2.1
Voice Mail (VM) Transfer Button (Assignment)
Allows you to assign a Flexible line key as the Voice Mail (VM) Transfer button.
— Be sure the handset is on the cradle and the SP-PHONE button is off. To program, set the
MEMORY switch to “PROGRAM”.
— After programming, set the MEMORY switch to “SET”.
• You cannot enter a non-existent extension number.
• A Voice Mail extension number must be assigned by System Programming.

Enter the Voice Mail
extension number.
Voice Mail extension no.
• The STORE indicator
lights.
• The display shows the
initial programming mode.
• To erase an incorrect entry, press the TRANSFER
(CLEAR) button.
(The TRANSFER button becomes the CLEAR button during
programming.)
