Converting data format
Processing still pictures

Select [Tools] → [Still picture tool] →
[Format conversion] from the menu.
The [Format conversion] screen is displayed.

Select a picture by selecting its check
box and click [Next].

Select the save settings.
Delete the original file

: Delete the original picture.
Save Destination Folder

: Save in the same folder as the original picture.

: Save in a different folder. Click [Browse] and select the
save destination.
JPEG compression ratio

With JPEG format, the compression ratio can be set with the slider.
When the slider is moved to the left, the picture data size
becomes smaller and the picture quality deteriorates.

Click [Execute].

When the confirmation message is
displayed, click [Yes].
The picture data format is changed.

Click [OK].

Click [Close].
Tips
●Even if you convert a still picture in JPEG format to a lower
compression (higher quality) than the original data, the picture quality
will not improve.
You can convert still pictures in BMP format and TIFF format to JPEG format. You can also change the compression ratio of still pictures in
JPEG format.
