Before Requesting Service
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
“U12” appears in the display
window.
Drip tray is loose or not in the right
position.
Replace the drip tray onto the
front legs of oven.
The control panel Pads do not
respond when tapped.
The oven may be in stand-by
mode.
Ensure the oven is plugged
in. Open and close the door to
activate.
“U14” appears in the display
window.
Oven will not turn on.
Oven will not start cooking.
“HOT” appears in the display
window.
The “ ” appears in the
display window.
The oven stops cooking and
“SERVICE” appears in the
display window.
“DEMO MODE PRESS ANY
KEY” or “D” appears in the
display window.
The water tank is empty. Full it with water.
The oven is not plugged in
securely.
Remove plug from outlet, wait
10 seconds and re-insert.
The door is not closed completely. Close the oven door securely.
Start Pad was not pressed after
programming.
Touch Start Pad.
Another program has already been
entered into the oven.
Touch Stop/Reset Pad to cancel
the previous program and
program again.
The program is not correct. Program again according to the
Operating Instructions.
Stop/Reset Pad has been touched
accidentally.
Program oven again.
The cavity is overheated. Operate again after it cools
down.
The Child Safety Lock was
activated.
Deactivated Lock by touching
Stop/Reset Pad 3 times.
The display indicates a problem
with microwave generation system.
Please contact an authorised
Service Center (see page 59).
Demo mode was selected “On”. Deactivate mode by touching
Micro Power
Pad once
Start
Pads 4 times and
Stop/Reset
Pads 4 times.
Main circuit breaker or main fuse is
tripped or blown.
Reset main circuit breaker or
replace main fuse.
There is a problem with the outlet. Plug another appliance into the
outlet to check if the outlet is
working.
“COOLING” appears in the
display window.
The fan is operating to cool the
electric components.
The word “COOLING” will
disappear after the fan stops.
