Adjusting the White Balance Manually
Use me Manual White Balanra Adjustment Mode for all types
of lighting outside the range O (•> 170), as the Auto White
Bailee Adjustment Mode can only ensure natural colours for
the types of lighting within that range. For optimum results
under ^most any type of lighting, we recommend that you
adjust the white balance manually for each new scene.

Attach the Lena Cap and zoom In until the
•ntire aereen bacomea white.
Set the Mode Selector Switch to [MNLl.
The [MNLJ Indication 0 appears.
Preas the [PUSH] Dial.
The [AWB] Indication appears.
^rn the [PUSH] Dial until the [ijja] Indication
<D appeara.
Keep the [PUSH] Dial preased until the [tjHii]
Indication atops flashing and remains lit.
Returning to the Auto White Balance Adjustment
Mode
Turn the [PUSH] Dial until the [AWB] Indication appears. Or
set the Mode Selector Switch to [AUTO].
