When “FM” is selected
Press and hold [—FM MODE] on
this unit to display “MONO”.
Press and hold [—FM MODE] again to cancel the mode.
≥The mode is also canceled when you change the
frequency.
When “AM” is selected
Press [FUNCTIONS] on the remote control.
Each time you press the button: BP 2()BP 1
Up to 15 stations can be set in each band, FM and AM.
The station occupying a channel is erased if another
station is preset to that channel.

Press [SELECTOR] to select “FM” or “AM”.

Each time you press the button:

Press [X TUNING W] to select the frequency.
≥ To start automatic tuning, press and hold
[X TUNING W] until the frequency starts scrolling.
Tuning stops when a station is found.

Presetting stations automatically

Press [X TUNING W] to tune to the frequency
where you want to begin presetting.
≥ Set the channel reception (FM: 87.50, AM: 522)
if you want to begin presetting from the lowest
frequency.

Press and hold [MEMORY].
Release the button when “FM AUTO” or “AM AUTO”
is displayed.
This unit presets the stations it can receive into the
channels in ascending order.
≥ It automatically stops searching when 15 stations
are preset to the last.
≥ “SET OK” is displayed when the stations are set,
and the radio tunes to the last preset station.
≥ “ERROR” is displayed when automatic presetting
is unsuccessful. Preset the channels manually
(➜ left).
