Step 4 Remove the traverse deck.
Note
: As floating springs (4 pieces) come off at the same time,
be careful not to lose them.
Step 5 Remove 3 screws.
Step 6 Remove the CD Servo P.C.B. and turn it over.
Note
: Insert a short pin into FFC of the optical pickup.
Step 7 Rotate the traverse deck (B) to the arrow direction and
shif
t the optical pickup to the furthest backward.
Step 8 Remove the catch of the drive rack, and take out the
drive rack.
Step 9 Place the convex part of an optical pickup to the
conca
ve part of a traverse base, then take out the optical
picku
p.
