Room mode vs. reception mode
When
the visitor call mode setting is set to room mode, lobby visitors can call a specific resident or room number, and
speak with residents directly. The resident can open the entrance door based on the conversation he/she had with
the visitor.
When the visitor call mode setting is set to reception mode, calls from lobby visitors are directed to a reception terminal,
even if the visitor called a specific resident or room number. Visitors do not speak directly with residents. The reception
terminal user can open the entrance door based on the conversation he/she had with the resident.
