q Handle for maintenance
Pull this handle after removing the 5 screws (indicated by
the triangles) to open the rear panel for maintenance such
as replacement of the fan, etc.
w Alarm/Control connector (ALARM/CONTROL, D-sub
25-pin, female)
Connect a control switch with this D-sub 25-pin connector
to control the recorder using an external device, or to con-
trol an alarm device such as a buzzer or a lamp.
e Alarm connector (ALARM, D-sub 25-pin, female)
Connect an external device such as a sensor or a door
switch with this D-sub 25-pin connector.
r Cable clamp fixing holes
Attach the cable clamp provided with the extension unit
WJ-HDE400 to be used to fix the cables.
Refer to the operating instructions of the extension unit
WJ-HDE400 for further information.
t External storage connector (EXT STORAGE)
Use this connector to connect to the extension unit
(WJ-HDE400).
y Client PC port
Use this port to connect the recorder to a network com-
patible with 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX or 1000BASE-T to
connect with a PC via a network.
u Camera port
Use this port to connect the recorder to a network com-
patible with 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX or 1000BASE-T to
connect with a camera via a network.
i Signal ground terminal (SIGNAL GND)
Connect this terminal with the SIGNAL GND terminals of
the devices in the system for signal ground. When operat-
ing the recorder and the devices in the system without sig-
nal ground, oscillation or noise may be produced.
o Power cord inlet (AC IN)
Connect the provided power cord to this inlet.
!0 [POWER] switch
Turns the power of the recorder on and off.
● Power cord plug brace
Brace the power cord plug.
1 Fix the power cord plug firmly with the power cord
plug brace.
