When there is stubborn dirt on the surfaces of the product
Soak a soft cloth into a dishwashing liquid which has been diluted with water, wring it out
well, and then wipe the surfaces gently.
Then use a dry, soft cloth to take up all the traces of the liquid.
Do not spray with alcohol, disinfectant, detergent, etc. Also, do not press on the
microphone with your fingers or a cloth to wipe it. These can cause the product to
malfunction.
