The showroom mode is used in showrooms, to show the clients how the oven works as described in every function, but there’s no
activation of the heating loads.
To activate / deactivate the showroom mode, it is necessary to configure the clock.
To activate the showroom mode press and .
The word “Sho” appears on the display with two confirmation
beeps.
To deactivate the function press and again.
Two beeps are heard and the word “Sho” disappears from
the display. The oven is operational again.
In Showroom mode, the word “Sho” will appear on the display every minute for 3 seconds.
