When you are unable to make a
call:
Your phone may be set to “Fixed
DialingNumber(FDN)”mode.
Cancelthe“FDN”mode.
When you are unable to charge
the battery:
This may be the result of one of
the following three cases.
1.Yourchargermaybeoutof
order. Contact your nearest
dealer.
2. You may be attempting to use
thephoneinanoverlyhot/cold
temperature. Try changing the
chargingenvironment.
3.Yourbatterymayhavenot
been connected to the
charger properly. Check the
connector.
When you are unable to input
data into your Address Book:

be full. Try deleting some entries
fromyourAddressBook.
When you are unable to select a
certain function:

that function, or your network
