6.2 Error Information
Error
Cause

The printer is not
connected
1. The USB cable or power
cord is not connected
2. Master board failure
1. Connect the USB cable and
the power cord correctly.
2. Replace the master board
The printer's
upper cover is
open.

been fully closed.
Close the upper cover.
Feed jam
1. Check if the printer is
out of paper.

loaded incorrectly.
