c. If the paper does not come out together with the duplex unit, open the tray and remove
the jammed paper directly from the bottom.
d. After removing the jammed paper, reload the duplex unit, check other parts of the
printer to ensure that there is no more jammed paper, and close the front cover. The
printer will then automatically resume printing.
