The display shows: er. 9 An attempt has been
made to calibrate or
offset-adjust MAP Check
9000-1 while the pump
is not running and/or the
warm-up period is not
complete
See "Calibration" on page 22 and/
or "Offset adjustment" on page 23.
The display shows: er.10 Calibration data error.
Check sum incorrect
Calibration data and offset
adjustment have been reset and
stored in the FLASH. Calibrate
MAP Check 9000
The display shows: er.11 Error in one or more of
the 0mA, 4mA and 20mA
setup values for the
current output
All setup values have been reset to
factory setting. Alarm limit values
al.1 and al.2 have also been reset
to factory setting.
All data have been stored in the
FLASH. Check the values in the
setup menu
The display shows: er.12 Errors in the setup values
for min. and max. flow
flo.l and flo.h have been reset to
factory setting and stored in the
FLASH. Check the values in the
setup menu
The display shows: er.13 Errors in the pa.1 and pa.2
setup values
Both values reset and stored in
the FLASH. Set pa.1 and pa.2 at
their original values
The display shows: er.20,
Er.22, er.24, er.26, er.28
or er.29
Hardware errror. FLASH
reading error
Switch off MAP Check 9000, wait
for ten seconds and switch it on
again. If an error is still indicated,
MAP Check 9000 should be
returned for repair. However, it is
possible to acknowledge the error
by pressing
and continue, but
the following data have been
reset, depending on the error
number.
20,21: Calibration data and offset
adjustment.
22,23: Setup values for current
output as well as alarm 1 and
alarm 2.
24,25: Setup values for min. and
max. flow
26,27: Parameters pa.1 and pa.2.
28: Hour counters ti.po and ti.ca.
29: CAN bus address and baud
rate
The display shows: er.21,
Er.23, er.25, or er.27
Hardware error. FLASH
writing error
Carry out the above procedure
