The display shows: er.30 Hardware error. The
mains supply line failure
signal is constantly high
Switch off MAP Check 9000, wait
for ten seconds and switch it on
again. If an error is still indicated,
MAP Check 9000 should be
returned for repair. It is possible to
continue by pressing
. However,
the mains supply unit is defective
and should be replaced / repaired
(possibly a bad wire connection)
The display shows: er.31 The last time the MAP
Check 9000 was
switched off, the line
failure signal from the
mains supply unit was
not detected. If this error
occurs in connection with
each start, there is a
hardware error
Carry out the above procedure
The display shows: er.32 Digit no.2 in pa.3 is 1.
MAP Check 9000 cannot
detect any CAN
controller.
1) Install CAN controller before
setting pa.3 digit no.2 to 1.
2) If this error occurs during start-
up and a CAN controller has been
installed, switch MAP Check 9000
off and on again. If the error does
not disappear, MAP Check 9000
must be sent for repair. It is
possible to continue by pressing
and MAP Check will continue as if
no CAN controller has been
installed.
The display shows: er.33 Digit no.3 in pa.3 is 1.
MAP Check 9000 cannot
detect any scanner
control unit.
1) Install control unit before
setting pa.3 digit no. 2 to 1.
2) If this error occurs during start-
up and a control unit has been
installed, switch MAP Check 9000
off and on again. If the error does
not disappear, MAP Check 9000
must be sent for repair. It is
possible to continue by pressing
and MAP Check will continue as if
no scanner has been installed.
The display shows: er.40 A wrong gas has been
used, or the entered in
gas concentration is
wrong.
Check the gas connection and the
gas concentration. Repeat the
calibration procedure.
