If all lights are not turning on, replace any faulty light(s). If the issue continues, make sure the correct transformer (XFRMR) output 12/13/14 VAC is selected for the load and cable lengths. If the problem still persists, then replace the Pentair Controller.

If your Pentair Controller detects an electrical load exceeding the maximum allowable wattage or temperature, all Color Sync LEDs might flash, and the lights won't turn on. To resolve this, reduce the light load (wattage) on the controller and/or replace any damaged electrical components. Then, turn the controller off at the circuit breaker and back on to reset it and resume normal operation.
