11. Make sure that the changed COM Port Number is applied, and select OK.
12. After the port setting is changed, restart the computer.
Measurement
This accessory can be operated in the Temperature Based Kinetics in the Kinetics mode and Thermal
Denaturation in the Bio Analysis mode.
Temperature Based Kinetics
1. Launch the UV Lab software and then, select Temperature Based Kinetics in the Experiment
Type.
