Threading the needle thread / adjusting the needle thread tension
(PFAFF 242 and PFAFF 1242)
Turn the machine off!
Danger of injury if the machine is started accidentally!

Thread the needle thread as shown in
Fig. 9-08
. Take care that the right needle is
threaded from the left and the left needle from the right.
●
Adjust the needle thread tension by turning the knurled screw
