10.04 Cleaning/lubricating the top feed joints
Once a week or after the machine has
stood still for longer periods, clean the
points marked in the illustration with the
special cleaner, part no. 99-137 468-91.
Afterwards lubricate these points
with the special lubricant, part no.
99-137 467-91 (wipe off surplus lubricant
with a cloth).

Check the oil level once a
month!
If necessary fill oil into hole 1 up to the
marking.
Only use oil with a medium vis-
cosity of
22
.0 mm²/s at 40° C
and a density of 0.865 g/cm³ at
15°C!
We recommend PFAFF
sewing-machine oil, part No.
280-1
-120 144.
