Issue: Indicator light on CROS device is solid red while CROS device is
in the charger
Dirty charging contacts
Clean the contacts of the CROS device and
the charger

Warm CROS device up or cool it down.

+40° Celsius (+41° to +104° Fahrenheit)
Faulty battery Contact your hearing care professional
