Causes
I cannot hear the call in my hearing aids when using my
cordless phone with ComPilot II.
J Some older phones cannot
automatically stream audio
to ComPilot II.
Nothing happens when I press a button on the ComPilot II. Only
the indicator light triple ash red.
J The ComPilot II is in the
locked state.
J The connection must be
initiated manually.
J Type the number on your
phone.
J Then press the connect
button and wait 5 seconds.
J Press the connect button
and home button
simultaneously to unlock or
lock ComPilot II.
