  If your phone is ringing and the audio indicator is solid blue, but you cannot hear the ringing signal through your Phonak Hearing Aids, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The ComPilot II may be out of range. Ensure you are wearing the ComPilot II correctly around your neck with both neckloop plugs firmly plugged in. 2. Your phone might be set to vibrate. Enable the ring tone on your phone. 3. You may already be on a call. Hang up the first call before accepting the second.

  Your Phonak Hearing Aid ComPilot II might not be recognized by your phone for several reasons: 1. ComPilot II stops seeking devices after 2 minutes to save power. To resolve this, switch ComPilot II off, wait for the red indicator to turn off, and then switch it back on. 2. The devices might be too far apart. Bring them within a meter of each other. 3. ComPilot II can only pair with a maximum of 6 devices. If the memory is full, repeat the pairing process with the overwritten device. 4. The pairing may have been deleted. In this case, repeat the pairing process.
