Why can't I hear the ringing signal in my Phonak Hearing Aids?

If your phone is ringing and the audio indicator is solid blue, but you cannot hear the ringing signal through your Phonak Hearing Aids, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The ComPilot II may be out of range. Ensure you are wearing the ComPilot II correctly around your neck with both neckloop plugs firmly plugged in. 2. Your phone might be set to vibrate. Enable the ring tone on your phone. 3. You may already be on a call. Hang up the first call before accepting the second.
