Helmet compartment lighting bulb (03_30)
Open the helmet compartment, take out the pressure mounted transparent cover
"D" and replace the bulb.

Idle adjustment (03_31, 03_32)
Proceed as follows:
1. Rest the vehicle onto its centre-stand and lift the seat (as described in the section
«Accessing the helmet compartment - opening the seat»).
2. Loosen the fixing screws, «A», and remove the carburettor flap.
3. Start the engine, hence tighten or loosen the idle adjusting screw, «B», until the idle
speed is within the prescribed limits, and the rear wheel is not spinning, i.e. the clutch
is not engaged.
Should the adjustment be found difficult to perform, please contact your local PIAG-
GIO Dealer or Authorised Service Station so that a complete CO adjustment may
be carried out.
WARNING
IDLE SPEED MUST BE ADJUSTED WHEN THE ENGINE IS VERY HOT. BEFORE
THIS OPERATION, MAKE SURE THAT THE THROTTLE GRIP HAS THE RECOM-
MENDED BACKLASH. IF BACKLASH IN THE THROTTLE CONTROL TRANS-
