- Connect a tester «10» (set as ohmmeter) to the
thermistor «2» as shown in the figure.
- Immerse the thermistor in a container «11» with
coolant.
In the same container, immerse a thermometer
«12» with a temperature range of 0°÷150° (32°
÷302°F).
- Place the container on a stove «13» and warm
up the coolant slowly.
- Check the temperature indicated on the ther-
mometer and the thermistor value indicated on the
tester.
- Make sure the thermistor varies according to
temperature as indicated.

CAUTION
