High compres-
sor temp. Heat-
ing/cooling
Too high hot gas tempera-
ture at the "heating/cooling"
compressor. Compressor is
running outside of its operat-
ing limits.
Check air volume flow on the supply side, like with
errors 28 and 30
Error correction as in the case of errors 28
and 30
Check sensor T13 as in the case of error 16 Error correction as in the case of error 16
Not enough refrigerant in the "heating/cooling"
cooling circuit
Leakage search and correction in the "heat-
ing/cooling" cooling circuit
Evaporating temperature in the "heating/cooling"
cooling circuit too low
a) Check defrosting
b) Check air volume flow for extract/exhaust
air
No error detectable Please contact your service partner

High com-
pressor temp.
Service water
Too high hot gas-tempera-
ture at the service water
compressor. Compressor is
running outside of its operat-
ing limits.
Check the air volume flow on the exhaust air side
Check the outdoor air / exhaust air flap as in the case of error 29
Troubleshooting as in the case of item 29
Check temperature sensor T21 tank bottom as in the case of error 17
Check the temperature sensor T20 tank bottom as in the case of error 18
Check the temperature sensor T22 tank bottom as in the case of error 19
Not enough refrigerant in the "service water"
cooling circuit
Leakage search and correction in the "ser-
vice water" cooling circuit
Evaporating temperature in the "service water"
cooling circuit too low
a) Check defrosting
b) Check air volume flow for extract/exhaust
air
No error detectable Please contact your service partner

Compressor
temp. three
times too high
Service water
Hot gas-temperature at the
service water compressor
three times too high. Com-
pressor is running outside of
its operating limits.
Troubleshooting and correction as in the case of error 53
No error detectable Please contact your service partner

Capacitor
temperature too
high
Surface temperature at heat
exchanger WT2 or WT3 gets
too hot
Check air volume flow on the supply side, like with errors 28 and 30
No error detectable Please contact your service partner

Defrost time
exceeded
The evaporator is not fully
defrosted within the maxi-
mum permissible time
Reduce the supply air volume in defrost operation
Check the dierential pressure measurement P3
via the evaporator
a) Clean measuring hoses of dierential
pressure transducer P3 on heat pump board
N3
b) Check the value of the P3
Magnetic valve M10 doesn't
open when the heating/cool-
ing compressor is running in
defrost mode
Check terminals K7 on heat pump board N3 Restore terminal contacts
Check the coil of magnetic valve M10 using a
multimeter: pull the plug K7 and measure the re-
sistance at the cable. The value should be between
1100 and 1200 ohms.
Replace the coil of the magnetic valve
Check relay K7 on heat pump board N3: Voltage
measurement on terminals K7/3 and K7/4, in
defrost mode you should measure 230VAC
Replace heat pump board N3
No error detectable Please contact your service partner
Magnetic valve M11 doesn't
open when the service water
compressor is running in
defrost mode
Check terminals K8 on heat pump board N3 Restore terminal contacts
Check the coil of magnetic valve M11 using a
multimeter: pull the plug K8 and measure the re-
sistance at the cable. The value should be between
1100 and 1200 ohms.
Replace the coil of the magnetic valve
Check relay K8 on heat pump board N3: Voltage
measurement on terminals K8/1 and K8/2, in
defrost mode you should measure 230VAC
Replace heat pump board N3
No error detectable Please contact your service partner
