Returns a list of up to 64 preset slot
numbers that are currently utilized (has a
preset saved with that slot number). The
optional modifiers enable listing when
there are more than 64 saved presets. The
first modifier gives the 1-based index into
the list for the first returned value. If the
second modifier is omitted, only one value
is returned. When given, the second value
specifies the end index of the returned
values.
