  If your primary heater isn't heating and the controller displays an error (SbEr, EEPE, CjEr, AdEr), here's what to check: * Ensure wires are secure at positions 6 and 7 on the heater controller. * Verify thermocouple wires are firmly connected to the harness leading to the controller after removing the heater cover. * If connections are solid, try replacing the heater thermocouple. If the error persists, replace the hose thermocouple. * If the error clears and temperature is displayed, inspect all TSU harnesses from the TSU to the transformer for loose connectors or defective harnesses. * Also, make sure that the temperature of the chemical in the containers is not too cold and that you are not exceeding the flow rate specification of the machine.   If the primary heater on your PMC Paint Sprayer isn't heating and the display shows ambient temperature, follow these steps: 1. Check that the light on the on/off switch is lit when the heater is turned on; if not, replace the switch. 2. Inspect the heater breaker in the main console and reset it. If it continues to trip, use an Amp Clamp around one of the wires coming off the breaker. If the amperage doesn't exceed the breaker's rating, replace the breaker. If it exceeds the rating, one or more fire rods in the heater are likely shorted. 3. Open the console top and locate the solid-state relays for the heaters. With the heater on, check if an LED light is lit on the relay. 4. Using a DC voltmeter, read across position A1 and A2 on the solid-state relay (smaller wires). If you have 4-...
