Paging and Broadcasting Messages

If enabled by your administrator, group paging enables you to send pages—one-way audio
announcements—to contacts subscribed to a page group. To send and receive pages, you must
subscribe to certain paging groups.
Send a Group Page
When you send a group page, all contacts subscribed to that page group hear the broadcast.
Procedure
1. Press the Group Page feature key.
2. Do one of the following:
• Press and hold the Group Page feature key to talk to the group.
• If your administrator enabled one touch sending, press and release the Group Page feature
key to talk. To stop talking, press the Group Pagefeature key again.
Disconnect from a Group Page
After you join a group page, you continue to receive and send broadcasts until you disconnect from the
group page.
You must be in an active group page to disconnect from a group page.
Procedure
» Press the Group Page feature key.
When you disconnect from the page group and the feature key LED turns off.
