Tips on Participating in a Telemedicine Event
Turn off cellular phones and wireless devices
Bring your copy of the agenda and handouts
Keep the mute button engaged unless you are speaking
Operate the technology during a videoconference as required
Act professional at all times
Refrain from side conversations during the meeting as they can be very
distracting to others
Terminate the videoconference call if Facilitator is not present
Call the OTN (Ontario Telemedicine Network) Help Desk in the event of a
technical problem during a meeting
