Conference Calling
To originate or set up a conference call:
While on an active call, press the More soft key to show the Conference soft
key
Press the Conference soft key, the active call is automatically placed on hold
Dial the number of the person you want to add to the conference call
Press the More soft key and then press the Conference soft key to add the
person to the conference
Polycom Note: The originator of the call CAN hang up without disconnecting
the remaining parties
