Utilizing A Shared Extension
A shared extension allows a user to have a secondary
phone line displayed that would be shared with another
user. Shared extension capabilities include park and pick-
up calls on that line, answer and place calls from that line,
as well as view call status.
To place a call from a shared line:
Press the line appearance key of the shared extension
Enter the phone number or extension to dial
To park and pick-up a call:
Place active call on hold to park the call
Color of the line key LED indicator will change from green
to red
Press the line appearance key of the shared extension
to pick-up a call

Incoming calls to the shared extension will appear on active call screen with a label
indicating the extension. If multiple calls are on hold on the shared extension, press
and hold the extension line appearance key to select the call to answer. The line key
LED indicator will not illuminate when either shared line extension is idle.
